The starting point of our architectural design in the Park Village Project was to get the people meet with a project that would provide them with a life nested with the nature, which has become so much needed, missed, and longed for by the nature and spirit of humans with the rise of urbanization.
Within this context, creating a town atmosphere consisting of single-storey villas for the people, who are seeking peace away from the chaos of the city, where all of the living spaces are in direct relationship with gardens and the soil, became our fundamental principle.
We believe that such natural materials as stone, wood, and Turkish style roof tiles used on the exteriors of our villas positioned detached from each other, the interior gardens planned in different types of villas, and the high and spacious interiors will respond to the habits of living in a town and a city to the greatest extent.
We think that the Park Village Project will add a new dimension to today’s perception of a villa with its contemporary structural and spatial approach bearing a town however modern identity owing to its design perception blended with the concepts of human, nature, and happiness.
